Description
This is a cave we found near diu, on the west coast of India. In the morning the brilliant sunlight was making the yellow stone of the cave look like as if its made of solid gold!
That's my friend dwarfed by the mammoth size of the cave.

I may have chosen to crop from the left - i'm normally quite partial to large areas of empty space, but today I'd have gone for a tigher, crop - tomorrow I might change my mind again, (and go for the 'cavernous' feel), so just an option

when I was cropping this image I was little confused about the postion of the subject ( the 'gold' and my friend ) , generally i don't feel like keeping the subject right at the centre....but...this one was lil different...as the digonal line at the middle helps to break the monotony of the centered subject...i wanted to show the size of the cave also , so I felt if i crop it too much it would loose it's sense of scale....that's why finally i took the risk of making a composition like above.
